The current state of wedding planning

This is just a short post to inform friends and family about the recent developments in the department of wedding planning.

Firstly, for guests who had notified us about their dates of arrival and need for accommodation in Ocaña, the hotels have been booked. For those, who have not yet made concrete plans, there is no need to worry too much that beds would run out in Ocaña. Nevertheless, we would advise haste in getting this matters sorted. On the downside, we are having slight problems with the discount codes - they don't really work online. The instructions we were given about the code was "the guests should include the code either in an email they can write for the reservation or say it while making the booking over the phone".

For those who have not yet arranged accommodations, we have managed to rent a whole house with a lot of room. Ask us about this if you are interested.

On other news we have the busses with the driver to get to and back from the venue. Additional activities are being planned-booked. A clear set of action, some purchases and schemas have been made about the more important parts of the wedding decorations. I think we have the minimum requirements for having an OK party.

To conclude, here is a food bingo board that combines types of food with regions. It is most likely a challenge to eat all of this within a week. We tried to make the bingo board not too easy but for everyone to cross of at least some of the plates.

Ps by Sara: I apologize for leaving catalonians out of the bingo. Alvar took my words way too seriously when I said "Barcelona is not spain". I was joking.
